Kristi Stanton, RHIT, CCS, CPC

Director of Clinical Data and Documentation
Ms. Stanton is the Director of Clinical Data and Documentation for Integrated Revenue Management and has over 12 years of experience in the coding field. She has worked as a hospital inpatient and outpatient coder, manager, consultant, auditor, and educator and currently serves as President of the Northern Colorado Health Information Management Association. With Integrated Revenue Management she is responsible for all coding operations within the company including client support and oversight of coding education programs. An accomplished writer and speaker, she has toured the country speaking on various coding topics.

Sheldrian Leflore, BA, CPC

Revenue Management Educator
Ms. Leflore is a Revenue Management Educator with The Coding Group. Her multi-specialty consulting experience includes cardiology and interventional radiology coding and reimbursement. Her experience includes both hospital and physician office operations management; providing financial analysis, medical coding and billing education within each realm. She is an approved Professional Medical Coding Curriculum instructor. As a national presenter for the American Academy of Professional Coders, Sheldrian has toured the country speaking on cardiology and interventional radiology coding and reimbursement issues. She has also authored and co-authored industry standard coding publications. A recognized leader in her field, Sheldrian is often requested as a keynote speaker to share her knowledge and expertise in this field.
