Refund Policy
All webinar sales are final. Publications are subject to a five-day return policy. We hope that you are always pleased with your purchase, however if for any reason you are unhappy with a publication you have received, you must return it to us in its original condition within five days of receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please e-mail us at rmusales@irminconline.com or call us at 760.448.1022 within five days of receiving the product so that we can resolve any problems. Refunds will be applied in accordance with our refunds policy or replacement of the product as per your request.
