Revenue Process ImprovementsIRM advocates transactional audits of actual claims for correction. Through this transactional audit process, our partner RMDs identify trends and perform root cause analysis to determine why such errors are occurring. Through interviews, flowcharting and process mapping, the RMD corrects the issue and monitors to prevent re-occurrence. All process improvement initiatives are quantified for net financial impact and summarized in a Plan, Do, Check, Act form (as advocated by JCAHO).
